I just saw this PennDOT site on the news today. It shows all the road construction locations on every major road in PA:

You dont have to appologize Craig. I havent been on 80 in a while but am not surprised that there is alot of construction going on. The running joke in this state is that the fourth season is Construction Season when it comes to PennDot.
