Default Replacement stove in the cabin?

Can I change my stove in my 342? It is currently Alcohol. I doubt that an open flame on a boat is such a great idea and would like to change it to electric since I have a generator. Do they make one that replaces the one I have? If so any idea where to get it? Also thought about just filling the hole and adding a electric grill like a Forman or something.

Any ideas?
