Windscreen is available through Baja only. I went through that crap 4 years ago, so did boardmember Playn. Bring your KY cause it's gonna hurt.

Yep. You could get someone to make you one but they would have to have a large oven to make the front section. I was unable to find someone with that capability of maintaning the three peice design. There are people out there that can make it in four sections but the front section would have a splice in the center of in instead of being one piece. Baja will sell you one in the $2500 range or so.

Try Viplex, they made it for Baja.

Viplex was purchased by a another company that Baja will not allow to sell to the public. The windshield could be purchased for under $800 complete for all three pieces from Viplex. Now you have to buy from Baja for $2,500. Nice way to treat customers.

Default 270ES windscreen

Got curious and started searching for my boat... Don't know if you still have it, but this could help a lot of 270 ES/250 Sport owners out there. Needed my w/s replaced 3 years ago and tracked it down to Spartech Marine out of Florida. Call 866-340-2472 and ask for Customer Service. Don't want to give the guy's name but they HAVE the molds if they're still in usable shape. My replacement came a bit thicker than stock, but fit like a glove. Took some time to get the final product (mold had to be repaired) and cost around $1900 shipped, but I have a brand new w/s on an otherwise cherry boat.

Spartech went out of business about 3-4 months ago. Last I heard the mold where forsale. Baja "supposidly" had them destroy the molds for the newer Baja's

Irish is correct, but the 250 Sport/270 windscreen mold was destroyed by a Hurricane a couple years ago, before Spartech Marine went out of business. There is a mold that was developed for a fiberglass windscreen recently. Check-out this post!
