Nice!!! I know, ive gone back and forth, less boat cost, more maintanence (bigger hp+++) or more cost, blue engines and still decent speeds.

how much is he asking?

No problem. I really have my heart set on a 29 PQ or 29 Outlaw.

I would be interested in hearing from someone with a 29 with a single.
I more than likley will stay with twins however.

Do you want it to run more than 60 ?

Most of the single's I've seen are 502's or lower,
none of these ( in stock form) will get you over 60.

60 won't do it. Really want to be at or close to 70mph. But more is always better. :D

I never gave the 29 the respect it deserved. Had a buddy with one that had 454's in it and it ran low 60's and I just thought that they were a pig.

The ride however was very good and as I got to know others with bigger power I found out quick that it did not take much to make them an 80 MPH boat, and the hull performed well at those speeds.

Personally I would be proud to own one.

Standard 496's or 385's will get you there.
