The would be the ultimate Poker Run Baja behind the 420 APBA boat.

I was told by a good friend that ran across this boat last year that it could have been bought for a lot less than this advertised price.

It will make a very nice boat for someone. I hope it finds a good home and we get to see it on the water.

I would like to have a picture of my boat next to it.

Well I just learned some very interesting information about B-36.

The legend himself "Craig Barry" built some engines for this boat and also assisted in dialing the boat in and actually throttled this boat in a race.

If you know Craig you know that is pretty cool.

TTT

Does anyone have any documented speed numbers on the fastest Baja 36 Outlaw to date?

I know of two local ones that ran between 92 and 94 MPH per the owners and I have heard mixed reports about the actual speed of the 36 built with 900's and #6 drives. Seems it was very tail heavy and while some say it did see triple digits others say it did not.

We are still in the dialing in stage but I am looking at what that magic number is that would put "Dock Holiday" on top.

Testing this Saturday on LKN.

I don't know, but I'd say if the B-36 boat
had a little more steam in it, it would run 100.

Do you know what the side by side # 5 SSM
36's are running ?....I think there's a couple of those
around.....SSM boats usually have pretty healthy power
in them.

One side by side 36 with #5's and 850 Tyler Crockett's runs low 90's according to the owner but I have never seen him run it hard.

I can tell you that with my experience it is going to take a LOT more than 824 HP per side to get there.

With the HP the #6 drives rob I do not believe the 900 HP Merc #6 boat got there either.

The 36 race boat looks rode hard and put away wet!! Needs some TLC but would be an awesome project for someone...Still love the stepped 42 the best though!! And still waiting for pics of it running lately. I would imagine the cameras are snappin' when that thing is on the water. Where's the pics!?
