I run 5100-5000 turning bravo 1 26's labbed by throttle up. I turn them inward & have a best speed of 73 GPS. 454 Mag Mpi's 385 HP ea.

Assuming you're talking about the 310 hp models I think they were rated for 4600 rpm. My dad had a '97 29 Outlaw with carbed 7.4 Mercs (300 hp) and ran 25" Mirage 3 blades. They would blow out coming on plane if you let them rev over about 3500 but other than that they were great props. Had a nice cruising speed (50 mph @ 3600 rpm) and ran upper 60's on top end.
