Thanks for all the congrats. Saw 70 on the gps during the test run, didn't get a chance to hang it out this weekend. My dad owned a '97 model with twin 7.4s and I was shocked at how much better this boat runs. Acceleration wise its no comparison.

Didn't have much notice. Called him last Friday (week and a half ago) and left Sat morning to drive up and look at it. Spend a couple of hours on Ky Lake running it and got a tour of the rock quarry. Jumped in the car and hauled ass back to La without stopping. Didn't want to make that drive again so I talked the seller into meeting me in Memphis with the boat. Looked like a really nice area up there though, wouldn't mind going back one day.
