Mine runs 65 (GPS'd), with just me and light fuel load.

6800 dry I think??? Not positive on that but its close. My dad had the fastest 7.4 powered 29 I've heard of, ran 69 on GPS with carbed 7.4s. That was perfect conditions, ran 67 most of the time. Mine with the higher X and 496 mags has run a best of 70.2 in the summer down here. Can't wait to get the props balanced and some cool weather to get a bigger # on the gps.

There was an earlier thread of a 29 with twin 6.2's running 70. Seems to me 454 would do better.
