Still there. What would a entire new interior, not just the seat, costs done right?

Now that is some neglected boat! I looked at the pics for a while (did you see the condition of the throttle lever base?..!) and I think it almost deserves a different approach.

I´ve heard about people over in California who (forgive me if I´ve got a fact wrong) take an unrestored early Porsche 911 with matt paint, torn up seats and sunscorched screen rubbers, do a really high end mechanical upgrade on it with the best late suspension and brake components and a tuned motor, to create the hottest and wildest sleeper.
I think the cars are called "Outlaws"......and that got me thinking.

So leave it out in the sun a while longer, and just take out the motors and rebuild them bringing them up to 750 hp a go. Take the drives off and be real careless stripping them down, so they get plenty of chips and damage (to add to what they already have) whilst installing XR cog kits and upgrades from one of the drive specialists.
It would be fun installing the full hydraulic steering and then giving the rams a coating of something nasty so they don´t give the game away.
The steering wheel needs to see some action - maybe kick it around the workshop for a while and let the dog have it for a day.
Otherwise, I think it should be pretty much ready to go
......down to your local hotspot to KICK SOME painted and bezelled ASS.
95 mph and alot of upset custom boat owners ...for 50000$.

It doesn't seem all that bad for 20k... probably take less, too.

i am half tempted to throw a 12-15K bid out there.

$2500 all new interior
$6000 rebuild and upgrade motor each = $12000
$2000 go thru and upgrade outdrives each = $4000
$800 buff
$1200 new tires
____________________________
$20,500 + $15000 bid= $35,500

Sound realistic?

Per the add and the trailer is not included & min bid is $20k . I think your interior estimate is low too.

I replaced two bolsters from my 88 after rebuilding the factory ones twice in 15yrs, New ss stands and two drop out custom wrap around seats cost me 2800. now this spring I am going to order two or three bolsters minus the stands for a back seat I think which at a low price would be 1100 for two or 1700 for three I would bolt the bolsters down on a new seat base and use the seats as pull outs to get to the storage at the base. side panals would be around another 500, so thats 5600, and its nice stuff, I already tested out the bolsters at sit down mode, I told the builder my knees are bad and I HAVE 5 BAD DISKS He said no way your going to bottom out these seats and the 5 test runs I didn't you got to pay for a good job

It claims "deal Pending" on that 29' at national Liquidators. I just looked on Boattraderonline and there are quite a few 29's in a hell of a lot better condition for under $50K. Most of them are asking around $46-47k. Rather than put a total of $35k into this tired dog I'd put an offer on one of them. The one only had 120hrs on it.

You couldn't buy new bolsters for this estimate, but you could easily replace all cushion material and vinyl for bolsters and back seat, Sun pad, at least in my area.

I think the interior quote is a little low as well. I was quoted around $2K for just the cabin upholstery on a 28 pantera. But in the end it depends on the upholsteror and quality of work.

I would not fix that boat up. There could be more hiding under the surface. There was an early 90's model 38 Cig top gun in mint shape cept for some hull damage - sold for $25K with blower engines.
