So is this going to be the last year for this poker run with Baja maybe going bye bye? Is this really the best poker on Travis? Am planning on trailering up there for something next year, just want to know which event to make.

This has been the best "Baja only" poker run on Travis for years. The LTPA puts on poker runs throughout the summer on Travis however the majority of boats are "other" manufactures. There maybe a poker run organized by PBP in the future on Travis however I doubt it will happen this year, at least not on Travis. PBP events are first class so any event they put on would be one to attend.

The best ramp is at the Mansfield Dam.

Mansfield is the only "public" ramp that will accomodate a 33-foot boat.

I see that your Poker Run schedule does NOT have a planned stop in Devil's Cove. At the risk of upsetting the planners...

After lunch, instead of making the long (but beautiful) run to Ridge Harbor and back, some of you may want to go to Devil's Cove. I should be there shortly after 2:00. I think I will have 10 hotties with me, but only a couple of them will be topless.

Just my non-Baja two-cents... :cool:
