No so uncommon anymore. People are sick of the fast boats with no respect to anyone else on the water so they pass laws to stop it. Its up to us as boat owners to educate people. They did it on our local lake as well...Nothing over 26' and 45mph speed limit. Not much point in taking a twin engine boat out there unless your just going to soak up the sun.
