Nope they denied the claim entirely. So I'm just trying to recover some of my money I spent on it. :(

You need to lawyer up and sue the insurance company! How the hell do you deny THAT claim!?

By the way, whos the insurance company so no one uses them again.

no kidding, who is the insurance company so I make sure I dont ever use them.

If the boat is damaged, they should pay to have it fixed. Plain and simple.

for real guys....anyone know how much time/money this would cost to repair? if it's even possible? this is exactly what me and the woman have been talking about finding and taking on as a couple year project!!! i don't know where to go and ask or anything like that.
I'll shoot "Glass Dave" a pm.

They are claiming "prior poor repair" or "delamination due to manufacturer defect" to which I say, well why did you insure the boat in the first place without doing an inspection? But at this point I have zero cash to lawyer up so I'm cutting my losses... :(

Well I'd say it'd be around $20-30k to do a complete fix on that for the fiberglass....Just a rough guess being that the stringers have been cracked..

Sorry to hear about your boat, that really sucks...hopefully you can part it out for a decent amount..
