Mark,
Gotta love a heavy carbon foot print!! Those motors look killer! and just think with larger props you will be saving fuel!! Your boat is looking Awesome!! Makes me want to head out to the shop and start in on mine... You have set the bar pretty high, as always!!

Long ago I took a grinder and rounded off all the edges on my MAC wrenches so they will not scratch anything. We try to think of everything.

Thanks for the kind words Mark, we at CP Performance are just happy to be part of such a nice project that you have going here. The boat looks great! Keep up the great work and let us know when you need anything else for the Baja. By the way, your gaskets should be on your doorstep tomorrow.

Dock,

This is actually a photo of Doug working the throttle as Adam makes adjustments on the engine linkage. We had to move the shifter pin location to the center position from the bottom hole, set the stops correctly, and equal the tension on both handles.
You are correct that Lane, and myself will be addressing the side pad designs tomorrow, after we set the motorlid in place.

You should go ahead and work on your "For Sale" sign on the HP 500s.....LOL

Proud of you Dock. I have to admit I was getting a little perturbed listening to all that checkmate crap..... I thought you were jumping ship! Now you're making us look good, Congrats.

Kennyo,

"Jumping Ship" NOT.

Sorry I was just trying to keep this under raps until we were almost complete. At the same time I developed a great deal of respect for the Checkmate brand and you know how much I respect all the folks there. Down the road I hope to add another boat to the stable maybe a center console and I hope they are making one by then. I'm sure at some point I will also be a very proud Checkmate owner.

Thanks
Dock

P.S. We always look good buddy!
