That's awesome Artie. Dean is a really good guy I got to meet him up at Lake Erie about three years ago and he really knows how to build an engine. Carpet? Did you say carpet? |

Dock,
Very interesting. Nice results. Think I would like to see you try labbed 34s. Am guessing they would put you in the 98 mph range at close to the same rpm. Other option is lab the 32s to put you right on the limiter. Mark |

I really hate to quote myself, but here is a report that I received from Dock yesterday:
"Friday 13, 2009 Dock Holiday Lake Norman , NC 66 Degrees 100 gallons of fuel 2 People 32 Pitch STOCK Merc Bravo 1 4-blades Mercury XR drives 1.5:1 ratio Max RPM 5400 - 5450 Top Speed on Garmin GPS Chartplotter = 92.2 MPH" XT:cool: I got you by .06 mph, Dave;) There's probably a couple more left in it after he does some more fiddling with it. |

Dock, what kind of speed did you see when you had your 500EFI's while they were modified?
