25k would be giving it away. I would say closer to 30k would be fair unless every single person right now, selling their outlaw 25 is over priced.

Just do a search and call people. I just went and looked at an 04 for someone I know. 42hrs and spotless, He picked it up for 32K. All it takes is a phone call and talking. Some people have to sell and others will tell you to pi$$ off. Doesn't hurt to try. The only real problem you will have is not finding a buyer it is finding one with money. Banks don't want to lend 30K on an 2001. Good luck, looks clean and nice.

Last week I sold a 2005 25 Outlaw with 90 hours, 496 MAG HO, Smartcraft, Bravo X Drive, a 2006 EZ Loader Trailer, etc. for 39K in the Midwest. I know prices vary from region to region but I thought that this may be helpful.
