Another option is top go to your local sewing machine store. The "Brother" brand embroidery machines work very well.
I also purchased the software package, you can scan in a item, logo, image etc, and the softwarwe will recreate it into the sewing program. This is not as easy as it sounds, but once you learn the program it gets much easier... We have made numerous things to match our boat, poker run shirts, lawn chairs etc... As long as they are for personal use and you don't sell them, the "Logo" police seem to not bother you. The cool thing is, we have made numerous shirts and give them away as gifts when people join us, kind of that thanks for being a crew member... (we also added to the logo our boat name) We went to Walmart bought CHEEP clearance shirts and threw the logo on them... People think they cost $$$$ when infact $8 is about all we have spent total, sometimes even less... It does not take long to break even on the machine, if you consider it is $25-$50 for every shirt you buy from "The big guys" |
A couple of months ago I got lucky off ebay and got 20 white t-shirts with the baja logo on front and back for $60. The way I looked at it $3 a piece where can you find just a regular t-shirt for that.

Thats a good idea....What does a machine like that cost?
I just looked on ebay and found a number of listings. They Start around $300 and go up from there. The model I have (Innova 1000 is about $1000.) And the software is another $100. We also use it for work shirts (our company logo) SO like I stated earlier, it does not take long to break even. Just be carefull, it becomes addictive like everything else fun! |
