*UPDATE*
I put the 25P Mirage Plus on last Friday and we have a brand new boat! We (wife and I) hit 65 with no problem with a 3/4 full fuel tank and lightly loaded (weekend gear) Outlaw here on the SF bay. I'm burning less fuel too at my 53 cruise speed at 4,000 RPM whereas before I was near 4800 RPM with the 23P. im hoping to put my labbed 24 4 blade on my dads boat befor the season is out, im thinking thats the prop to have on that boat. |

is it boggy coming out of the hole? i put a 23 on my mate and i lost MPH over my 4 blade, but for giggles i tried a 25 and it top ended better, cruzed about the same and had almost the same top end, but came out of the hole slower.

You know I was concerned that it might but it doesen't bog out of the hole at all - she gets on plane just the same. I can go almost full throttle now without the rev limiter alarm going off.

I have same boat and can get no where near that......something must notbe right on mine for that.....plug change maybe? I get 63-64 MPH with both 24P B1 and 23P M+.....and it takes quite awhile to get the last 1 or 2 out of it. |

The 25 M+ "felt" more like the Rev4 in terms of holeshot and cruise. I liked it! :Score-101010: |

flat water:
Flat water will cost you 2 MPH easy. In my 36 perfectly smooth water will rob 5-6 MPH off the top end. You need some chop to get the hull free from the friction/suction of the water. |

Was liking the performance out of the 23p Rev until I tried more pitch on the Mirage +. Now I'm waffling about which one I like best. Good thing my prop locker is full. :drink: |
mine gets to the rev limiter very fast and pops out of the water fast too. i was thinking about a different prop any suggestions? willing to sacrifice hole shot for the 70mph mark
