I do not know Jimmy Mcfly, I am an ex Baja dealer and long time ago Fountain dealer who was done in by the man himself. Although bad for the industry, Reggie is getting what he deserves for his business dealings in my opinion.
His treatment of vendors and creditors is sounding like it will be shameful from the interviews he has given. Reggie somehow thinks, in his words, “It sends you to heaven and sends you back as fresh as a new-born baby,” Fountain said of the company’s chance to emerge from bankruptcy protection.

Never mind the banks money and his promise to repay, the vendors money and his promise to repay and nevermind the dealers money that he promised to pay. He spent money like it was going out of style, now we know how, like they say on Wall Street always use OPM- Other Peoples Money.

Very few companies as small as Fountain ever emerge. With debt that high they could be pushed into a 7.

Well Crazy times these are for sure.

Americans are silent these days while there country is being pulled away from them.
Apathy runs high these days in America, most people don't understand the sacrifices made by so many Americans before them.

Wake up Americans!!!!!

I thought Brunswick already owned part of Fountain or at least had backed up a bunch of their debt. Such was the response when I asked about putting Ilmors in a Fountain. Could not be done because of an exclusive deal with Merc.
