There's an '89 250 Sport advertised locally that caught my eye. What's the good and bad on these boats? What model did they become in the Baja lineup? This thing would be run hard in rough water - are they good rough water boats?
Thanks!

my buddy who owned a dealership and another friend loved them 250 sports, they became the 270es in 90 whats nice they had a better rear bulkhead and bolsters than my 88 240 sport and I think they had a bulkhead going in the cabin and a fg floor instead of carpet over plywood might of been a tub. both are still around. the guy who had the dealership well that was his dads and uncle, still has under 100 hours and has been garaged for its whole life but has not been in the water for 16years. so it looks new and he thinks its worth 40,000 plus
. maybe to the right guy. but it has lots of room for a true 25ft boat. art ps both had 454 365hp mags spinning 23 mirage props and 280s k planes all three of us had those. and waters were cape cod/ buzzards bay/ block island areas we boated in.
