The latest rumor I heard was that the investors of Donzi are taking over Fountain and Baja, and possibly moving Donzi to North Carolina.

After Fountain filed for bankrupcy, Hustler was in negotiations to purchase Baja from Fountain, I don't know why the deal fell through, but it did.

That deal is dead. Fountain, Baja and Donzi are all owned by the same fanancial company now.
