Party Time

Friday March 5th

Meet at Checkmate Marine at or after 1PM. They are on four days right now but Dean Reynolds is excited about having us there and he is looking at having some production going if possible to make the it worthwhile for all. Of course Adam at Saccenti Marine is in the back and looking forward to our visit as well. We’ll have Dave and Lane there from XT Innovations to answer any questions you may have on interiors and covers, and the Great One himself Mr. Clayton Tackett will be on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding custom paint work for your boat, truck, car or bike.

This is pretty informal but if you like hanging around boat people, shooting the bull, having a few drinks and even more laughs you will not want to miss this party. Where better to be than at Checkmate where it all started in Bucyrus. Early evening we’ll meet up again at Baker’s down town and the party will begin! Baker is a really cool sports bar with a wonderful small town atmosphere, excellent food and the best wait staff you will find. When we close them down it’s just a short two block walk to the Crazy Fox where the party will continue. While at the Crazy Fox you will want to take the tour downstairs where they built an underground for Al Capone and have your picture made in the bullet proof booths they use to sit at back in the day. Trust me the boys in Bucyrus know how to party and when we close the Crazy Fox down if you are anything like me you will have had enough! I’ll see if we can go ahead and make arrangements with the Bucyrus Taxi now for a special Boat Show rate back to the Holiday Inn Express.

Gloria at the Holiday Inn Express is very excited about having us and has extended a special rate of $89.00 per night down from $103.00 per night. When you call to make your reservations tell them that you want the $89.00 BOAT SHOW rate good for Friday March 5th.

Thanks Dave those are great. I was thinking the same thing, something good for the person that travels the longest distance to attend. I'm bringing two guys with me so they will have a few miles!
