Default K&n

I got a great deal on a nearly new K&N air filter for my boat, 24ft Baja with a 454EFI, stock apart from Stainless marine exhaust/Imco mufflers. Just wondering if anyone has noticed any improvements by switching to this style of air cleaner? I know its NOT like making a cam change where you "notice" a big difference, but, wondered what difference [if any?] it made

Thanks!
Michael

They look good. That's about it. I wouldn't pay more than $5 for one.

My old K&N has seen better days. What should I replace it with?

Sounds like this WASN'T the best $40 I ever spent! LOL, How about there OIL Filters? Do they suck too? They have them on sale this week at "TSC" and they are a lot cheaper than the Merc replacement

Thanks for the input!

For the money go with the Amsoil filters. Better filteration for roughly same money.
