I have to agree, it was an awesome day of boating. It is great when there are that many hot rods running the river. We look forward to you and your wife coming down again. Just let us know. Maybe next time we can go south. Again it was awesome meeting all of you guys. Thankyou for a great time.

Very good day on the water !!!. Again thank you very much for the ride. I definatly had the best seat in the house. Keep in touch and let us know when you can come play again. I should have the pictures posted by the end of the week. I'll post a note and a link when they are up.

Our friendly sheriff at red wing was trying despretly to nail the guy in the 33 outlaw, I guess the minute he pulled him over everyone turned around and came south. He passed the decebils and also the are you drunk yet test. Great that he got out of all of it. Nice town Red wing wing is This guy that started last year looks like he is more ANAL then the last one. At least the last one wouldnt bother us on the rat run.

That's too bad about Red Wing! I will definitely be limiting my travels through Red Wing this summer. You would think the local businesses, marinas, and commerce department would not let this happen?! You're right B., there just FOCKERS!!!

It was good meeting you Derek. Glad you could make it down. Hope to see you on the river again this summer!

I don't understand either why the businesses on the river in Red Wing don't complain about what's going on. It's bull****. I won't be back there this year....and that's a bummer...I need a new Mr. Sippi can cooler!

Hi guys,
Sorry i didn't make it for the rat run. I'm still waiting to get my boat back from baja.

Who's 33 was stopped in red wing and what engines and muffler system was on the boat?? I was through red wing last summer quite a few times and never was bothered. I wonder what is acceptable for decibels down there ?? The last scuttlebut had an article about the dnr water conservation officer of the year. He is out of hastings and gave out more noise violations than all other water patrol statewide combined. Gee what a fine job he is doing If you're planning a get together later in the year and if i ever see my boat again maybe we can hookup.

Advantages dad talked to the guy. All I know is he has 502's said he could do 73 and though he had the fasted boat on the run. We tried to get a cross the lake to run him in Advantages 29 but he pulled in Lake City marina. It wouldn't have been a contest. Advantages 29 is very fast and would have made short work of him just like he did everyone else on the run.

Bummer you missed it. We are on the river just about every weekend. It will be a while before we head north again. And never till we go though Red Wing. Maybe the OSO get together may be the next time we come up. I'll let you know when where coming North.

Default Yo brother

Thanks B.! You know I try my best to please all my OSO brethren! My wife is already excited to spend a weekend with everyone in Alma, WI. We'll have to plan something here in the next couple of weeks.

Anyhow, remember that the Poker Run on the Mississippi heading out of Treasure Island is July 20th. And, the OSO gathering is July 26th - 28th at Lake City Marina. It's going to be a GOOD summer!
