Default XT, Baja emplyees/ AC pickup scoop sealer

Any of you guys know what was used at the factory when building boats to seal the pickup scoop for the A/C? Silicone, 4200, 5200? I know what I'd use, but need to know what was used.

I'm wanting to remove mine to reseal, for peice of mind, but don't want to risk breaking off the screws or doing some gel damage if it is indeed bedded in 5200 while trying to remove it. Because once I start to break it loose, it will have to be removed completely. Right now the screw heads are covered pretty good in epoxy barrier coating.

I don't think it is leaking, but want to know for sure. Wood sounds solid along the keel where it is located.

BTW, this is a '95 Baja.

Thanks
