Do you have mechanical indicators for trim or a gauge?

Ok today i hit 50 mph at 4800+ rpms gps,
pretty full tank, tools...my fat but. trimmed up all i could without rooster tails...with 4 people i couldnt break 45-47mph and still turning 4700+rpms is my 21 mirage 3 blade killing me? i just feel like it should be faster
