Default 29 Outlaw front bolster question

How do I get to the outside bolts for the bolster frames? I can get the ones in the aisle via the fuel tank floor plug but I can't figure out how to get them outside bolts.

Well on my 29, I went to Boat US and purchased a 4" white inspection plate and positioned it so that when the seat bottom was dropped, it was hidden. When the carpet was in, that also hid the plate. Always better to thru bolt anything you can, and everything else that I tried failed. Be careful, the boat bottom is RIGHT below....

I disassembled the gunnel storage area on mine and through-bolted them. It was a ***** on my hands, but they're solid now.
