Well.... just after I removed the sticker on the ladder that said, "DO NOT REMOVE" we lost the bottom step insert. And you guess right... dip $hit (that's me) left it down. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the company that made/makes these ladders?

Those plastic inserts pop in and out by hand pretty easily.

They also carry a lifetime warranty and the company will repair it for no charge. all you do is pay for shipping to get it there.They fixed mine and even polished it for me when it was sent back.Very good bunch of people at that Company...Good luck.

I looked at the links and I did not see our style ladder. The cap we need is one that goes on the inside rather than the outside. I will keep looking and give them a call.
