Alot of guys on here can answer your question.
if the boat did not come with the galley package, its unlikely that the boat would have provision for it. Usually boats that have a galley package will have shore power and a circuit breaker wiring system for the cabin, without it, most likely not. If you do not get the galley package, those spaces will be filled with something else, such as facing benches that are longer on that side of the boat, rather than a short bench and the galley equipment. I am going to say No, that unless you completely redo the interior, there will NOT be provisions for galley equipment if the boat did not come with it.

A/C isn't that expensive of an option to add to a boat.
Will you get it back on resale? Probably not, but the two boats this guy is looking at are probably priced pretty close with very different options. The bottom line is people don't really pay for options or upgrades when they're buying a boat. What you WILL get is a boat that sells FASTER than most on the market, and to me that is definitely worth something. If I can be the first boat off of the market at the same price as all of the other boats on the market I would gladly pay around 10% of the purchase price of my boat for that, not to mention that if he keeps the boat for 4 years or so he will be getting the majority of the use out of the items he adds.
I would never deter someone from buying a nicer, probably lower hour boat because it didn't have a fridge, microwave or A/C. Remember, it also costs something to freshen motors and outdrives.

Yes and no... A lot of boats that don't come with refrigerators, microwaves, etc. have the same storage compartments that would have housed the refrigerator, microwave, etc. fiberglassed in place. In that case you just need to buy the shorepower items, which are relatively inexpensive, an inverter (about $1,500), fridge ($900 brand new), and a household micro that fits.

Take for example a Baja 302 Boss with the galley package... Same boat without the galley package has equal bench seating down in the cabin like the 29 outlaw. The cabin layout is different with and without the galley. Definitely no provision to add galley items at a later date without heavy modification.
