Cool 42 Baja Prop Question

Thanx for taking time...I have a 1995 Baja 42 with tripple 502's and bravos, The motors were dyno'd at 420hp each and are stock.What is a good prop for top end. Don't mind loosing a little out of the hole but looking for top end. Thanx

what are you running now?? wot rpms? not sure of rpm range on 95 502's... what is stated range? 4600 to 5000??

thats a big A$$ boat! what kind of speeds you getting now?

I think you are right on with the rpm's, I am running 26 mirages with a little cup and getting around 53 mph. It just seems with 1200tt hp I should be getting more? Thanx for your input

try a set of 24 bravos 4 blades.

That is way to much boat for 3 blades

Call BBlades. I think you should stay with Mirage Plus but go down a size and get Brett to put his magic cup in them.

I think definitely 4 blades.... buddy has 30 outlaw running good and thats a lot more boat to get out the water!
