Best caulk for around dash ??

Best caulk for around dash ??
i have a 02 o/l and the caulk is pulling away showing cracks under windscreen and around shifter dash ect what would be the best caulk to use?? would i want to geta anti mildew type?? just 100 % silicon ? ect??

Man get some anti micro DAP in the red squeeze tube and have at it. Its going to be really white. If you can't pull a real nice bead like on a counter top, I'd let someone else do it for you. A Sloppy job looks like chit real quick.
