Hi everyone new to the sight but have been viewing post for a while. Just talked my wife into upsizing boats. We have a 202 islander now and have had a lot of fun on it. I want a 26 outlaw and she likes the passanger room of a 247 islander. Pricing would make either of us flexable. We have about a 45- 50k budged. What would be a fair price for either boat for a 2007 or newer with low hours and a 496 motor? The post on getting a survey before buying should be very helpful. Thanks again.
btw, the 247 is about a 23' wet lenght boat, whereas the Outlaws will always be the advertised lenth. My fried used to have a 245 and it rode good, but the extra 3' on the 26 made an unbelievable difference in ride. It is much more solid.
Im in Houston, email if you might be interested.

We decided to go with the 247 islander. With the amount of people we take is was more practical. We are on the allegheny river so its pleanty of boat. We went with a leftover 09 baja by fountain at admirals. Those guys were great to work with. It has a 496ho in it. How fast you guys think this will run? Im thinking mid 60s

Its got a blue hull and white top with the fountain graffic on the back of both sides. Should be picking it up in a few weeks once heritage is done with the trailer. I will post some pics when I pick it up.
