Default Prop speed

Going to kick the badly beaten horse on this one but here it goes... I just finished my upgrade to my 96 22' Twilight Cruiser by stroking the stock 454. I replace all the internals with forged, and billet parts, bigger cam, heads, upgraded oil system, yada yada yada... I did get my hand on a 4 blade 24 pitch prop that has been bent to 22deg. I am currently running around the 62-65mph with this set up at 5400rpm and a Garmin. I am putting out 550hp and would like to get the most out of the speed. Any ideas on pitching the prop to 26 deg. or should I get a new prop to reach a higher pitch. I think I have the hp to maybe go 28 deg? Looking to get over the 70 - 75 mark. Any info would be great....
