Default Choppy steering

Last couple of times i went out the steering seems a little choppy, only at idle and very slow speeds. Seems like there is a air leak coming from the steering wheel and steering is not 100% smooth. Any ideas??? its a 29 outlaw with twin 454s and hydrolic steering.

Does not wine like a ford but it does act like it has air leaking right from the steering wheel hub. Fluid is up and ill check the belt tonight.
