We have decided, based upon serious $$ to paper figures with a buyer's agent yesterday that we will not be buying a plane anytime soon as long as the group I'm in with stays functional. It is far less expensive to keep in the club & put up with the occasional inconvenience of availability than to peruse 100% ownership.
As far as sinking more $ into the boat I have now, it makes very little since, however it needs paint & interior for me to be happy with it.
