Last season I bought a used 502 efi/mpi off a buddy of mine. It was punched .30 over so it's actually a 509, but it had some porting work done to the intake and had a full roller setup....and a crane 731 cam and emi exhaust and I was getting 71.3 GPS full of fuel and 3 people. I also added a imco external steering ram to compensate for the speed increase.
This winter I am doing a refresh on the motor and doing away with the fuel injection. I bought a nice carb and intake and msd system I might also go with some aluminum heads and make some real power. However I have not decided on the heads yet. With real power you can kiss your bravo one good bye!!
