UPDATE
Purchased two sheets of white plastic board called azak to fabricate the two cabinets in the mid section of the boat that will house all the stereo, fuse panel, and wiring. The stuff is really easy to work with, but kind of pricey. 2 4x8 sheets cost 300 smackers.
We are also going to fabricate the new cuddy door and top with this as well.
Hope to have all that fab work done in the next couple days.
Here are some Pics.

Thinking about painting the cabinets to match whatever color I choose to do on the exterior, or get them wrapped for durability. Not sure yet.

Your boat is turning out really well. I have the exact same boat. Cant wait to see what you do with the cabin door and windscreen. I want to get rid of my black framed window and go with a white windscreen. Unfortunately I have bottom paint on mine so I will have to deal with that mess eventually.
Keep the updates and pictures coming.

I know everybody likes the aluminum ones, but I have a fiberglass one off my 240 that I couldn't re-use. It was actually pretty nice for hanging out/standing on the back of the boat. It's currently red but could be painted/gelled white easily enough. I would give it to you for gas money to drive it over. Let me know if your interested.
I have one of the aluminum ones also, it's 95% stripped. Had a tube that needed repaired, that's already done just needs finished. Make me a decent offer and I might be willing to part with that also.
