Price reduced $10,000 for quick sale. $46,950.00!!!!

puzzleboy 10-11-2012 03:24 PM

Nice machine!

Budman II 10-12-2012 12:43 PM

Kind of surprised that one didn't get the K-planes and hydraulic steering to go along with the HP500's. You don't often see one without the other.

GL@PBC 10-12-2012 01:47 PM

Boat was re-powered with the HPs, originally a 7.4MPI boat.

The "SST pkg" gets you full hyd. strg and K-planes.

Dialed in I think 75 is possible....

drpete3 10-13-2012 07:28 AM

I have been on a friends 33 w 500 efi and with 5 people I have seen 80 with my own eyes.

tbirdusa 10-17-2012 04:41 PM

Lovin' that boat. You still throwing in the trailer with that reduced price? Did you guys survey prior to taking it in?

GL@PBC 10-18-2012 09:59 AM

yes, trailer included at that price, no survey, but I've had the boat out a couple times, runs very good!

Daughters wedding will be over in two weeks from tomorrow. Let the dust settle and i will take inventory of my wallet. A 10,000 lb. lift will pick it up, ya? Its a Polylift.

Yes it will lift it. I had a polylift under my 342 and it would run the blower for 5 minutes and just when you thought it wasnt going to work, it would pop out of the water. It helps a lot of you dont have it full of fuel...

tbirdusa 10-26-2012 05:23 PM

Surge brakes on the trailer or electric?

GL@PBC 10-29-2012 04:30 PM

Surge

Have the motors been gone threw ? Isn't that a big number on hp500's

GL@PBC 11-05-2012 09:42 AM

The motors have not been gone through. They have around 200 hours on motors, 345 on the boat.

dra200832 11-06-2012 07:10 AM

Is there Documentation of the rebuild ? I thought I looked at this bout at the boat show

GL@PBC 11-09-2012 11:02 AM

They have not been rebuilt, original motors were replaced with the HPs. Yes I had this at the boat show at Capt Rons this fall.

violator 11-09-2012 05:53 PM

violator 11-10-2012 12:07 PM

It definitely has potential !

tbirdusa 11-10-2012 05:44 PM

Drove to the lake last night to go look at it this morning. As i am standing there checking out the boat, a guy that appeared to be a local stops in the middle of the street and yells, " they will take 40 for that boat. Leave them your number and drive off the lot, they will call you. I know, i have inside information on that boat". Only at LOTO does every local redneck have inside info......

So....did ya?!? :D

tbirdusa 11-11-2012 06:58 AM

Any number on that boat i throw out would not start with a "4". I am sure it will make a fine boat for someone, just not me.

HOSSMAN 01-18-2013 08:45 AM

Got a buddy looking at this boat... Boat "looks" clean in the pix that were sent to him....but of course "History" speaks volumes.... Does anyone know the history on this 33...obviously it was a 7.4 boat that someone dropped 500's in but anyone know the real story on it? Every boat has history.... Also...they raised the price on it 3K....maybe I could raise the price on my 29 another 3K...sounds logical

Probably just trying raise the lowballers... had a few on mine already..

I had talked to them, they said it ran well but needed hyd steering!

1989mach1 01-18-2013 10:09 PM

be for i stoped listing my 26 and decided to just keep it. I had a bunch of people calling trying to lowball me. lol they where like the economy is bad right now money is tight...... i then said to them then maybe u shouldnt be buying a boat. lol :angry-smiley-038:

HOSSMAN 01-19-2013 08:35 AM

I hear ya on that!!!! I had one guy offer 50 for mine....tuned it down...had another offer where I told the guy I turned down 50 but also had an offer at 60 but the details/stipulations of the deal didn't work. Told him to make me a serious offer and it's his. Reply I got was he had to pay sales tax and didn't want to be over 55....did the math backwards and he offered me 51.... spring is almost here.....

thisistank 01-19-2013 10:01 AM

I assume you guys are talking about this boat? I can't get the first link to open.

http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o49323-en.html

I dig this thing. Super clean and subtle paint, love the extra two bolsters and if you look close at the pics you really can't see signs of the normal wear and tear (like nicks and chips on the swim platform, worn lower skags (hell the drives look freshly painted or brand new!) interior shows no obvious wear signs, trailer looks new, etc). Thing looks to be in stellar condition. I've considered picking this thing up to play with for a couple years myself.

HOSSMAN 01-19-2013 04:42 PM

That's the one Tank. I too like it, very clean in pix etc. my buddy who likes it builds custom hydraulic steering and has a set of K planes in the garage so he's got the stuff to finish up the boat. Was priced at 46,xxx k but was raised to "mkt" or something like that he was told. He has a 25 OL he wants to trade for it....just depends on how long they want to sit on the 33 since its been listed for a while. Would love to see him make a deal on it if it checks out. Was just wondering if anyone knew any history on the boat...former owners etc.

tbirdusa 01-19-2013 07:34 PM

Would make a great LOTO boat. Hoss, with your partners K's and hydraulic ready to go, It should be a great boat for him. I like everything about it but the bride didn't so there it sits. Its not injected which is a drawback to me but they been running carbs since the 1800's. its got a few nicks but nothing major at all. For 15 years old, it is in great shape. I do not know any history on it, maybe a coast search would bring back some info?

HOSSMAN 01-19-2013 11:01 PM

Thanks tbird...I know he's lurking the posts so thanks for the info.

I would be a little leary of the drives. If they dont have anything more than Bravo's. The drives sit a little lower than mine to I would imagine. But of course the guy that may or may not be looking and or lurking never has his boat out of the water........ Or looking for speed.....

Tell that to his wife. I think her favorite saying while under way is " You Know I'm in here right" :grinser010:

Funny my girlfriend said the same thing right after we got done running with a Cig at Loto after the Shoot Out two years ago. I think she :angry-smiley-038::angry-smiley-038::angry-smiley-038:me a few times too.

Well, there is one upside to me owning a 29 with a single. My wife never has to say that to me.

violator 01-24-2013 02:38 PM

We are just too far apart on money to make this deal work. I guess it'll all depend on how long they want to keep this boat for sale. I think my 25 outlaw would move fast.
