Yeah Kristy is awesome! I am super lucky to have her. She is as much of a Gearhead as I am. She drives both boats, stand up jet skis, motorcross, snowmobiles, rock krawling jeeps, etc.

Almost forgot the best part! Gotta love them prochargers! 9psi of boost, upgraded fuel system, injectors, etc. 24 Gauges to monitor everything. 4 Pyro/egt, Boost, fuel pressure, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, water pressure (through hull water pickups), etc.
So speaking of Co pilot, whoever is not driving actually does watch the gauges! To many to look down at during speed runs, at least for me. Not going to act like I am a professional driver. Learning more every time out. In Lake Michigan, waves come out of know where. Getting lost in the sea of gauges is easy.

You wouldnt believe how much crap you can store in those cabins;)

Every year right before the shootout, when I'm emptying it
out, I always ask myself" why we need 2 dozen noodles up in the front of this thing ?"

Kevin, boat looks great! Ill share this thread with some of our folks, they will like to see it. Great to see her still loved, and performing as good as ever.

Yes, you can't replace her for even 2-3x as much, absolutely correct.

offshorexcursion 11-28-2012 10:46 PM

Yeah the cabin does have a ton of storage, and the V-birth is pretty large and will make due after a long day in the sun. My bed cushions have spent their life packed in those neat little carrying bags so maybe once we "break" them in they might soften up a little! :lolhit:

Paul, Thanks!

Labbed by mercury 30" bravo 4 blade

JaayTeee whats your propshaft height?

its neat seeing the same hull but in your version.

and I love my huge cockpit. but not going to like working Replacing empellars/....

offshorexcursion 11-30-2012 08:52 AM

Just did my impellers and it sucked but still was not that bad. Wrenching sucks no matter how you slice it!

Yes the cockpit is AMAZING! Last boat was a 32 caliber which also has a huge cockpit.
