lol i will still stick with my 33 now in big water lol. but the mach1 might be making a come back this year at the casino. my brother and nikkis sister r taking it over again this year and plans to use it more this year. he had it out once last year with me and i plan to get him out more. so he will be needing r help a bit up there. told him the only way to learn is to jump in and go. he did good last year.

There is no doubt that LOTO can get rough at certain times. The washing machine effect is almost all the time for me. Being on the west side of Lake Michigan, 3' is a normal day, and it's always a washing machine. I get maybe 3 flat days a year if i'm lucky and then I have to deal with big cruiser wake as well.
But be honest are you saying that a Y2K is gonna run 87 in that kind of water?

Your spot on. It may be possible but it doesn't mean it's a good idea. 80+ in 3-4 is fun.

The closest in 5 footers to 87 I personally been in was A buddys 36 Cig widebeam.... 80 MPH in true 5 footers, that was one hell of a fun ride, there is something the old Cigs have that help besides being strong... WEIGHT and when you land in one you dont gt your azz handed to ya, I put mine in some big az waves and I never feel it, I also weigh in around 11,000+ with fuel a gear, not including passenger weight, thats HEAVY for a 35 footer... I dont see superboat weighing that much to not toss passengers around
