Default 98 Baja Outlaw 25.. Sanding off the hook, what do you know?

Hi guys..I have a 98 Baja Outlaw 25, and we want to take out the hook on the bottom..ITs slowing us down something terrible.

I know there are guys here that have done it..is there enough on the bottom to sand it off without getting too thin? any input is appreciated..

Jeff

how much hook do you have? Depth vs. length? Its a margin call on weather you can work down the surface depending on how much you have. I have done it both and on occasion a combination of working down the surface along with some filling.
