Default Thru Hull Transducer location

I'm installing a new thru hull depth finder and am wondering if anyone can tell me the best place to epoxy the transducer on a 25 Outlaw? Thanks

I think your hull is essentially the same as the 272. Under the front of the engine on the boat's centerline, there should be a thinner un-cored and flat area in the fiberglass. I epoxied mine there on the advice of others, and it works well. I think I removed my alternator for better access. I have a picture somewhere; I'll try to post it up for you.

Thanks for the information, a Picture would be nice if not too much trouble.
