Call West Marine and ask them what impeller to use. You should be able to get a part number out of them. I would pull the housing first and make sure it is in decent shape. That way you can order the impeller and the housing if necessary. Just be gentle getting the inlet and outlet hoses off of the housing cause it can break - don't ask me how I know!

if you are refusing to pay for labor best to have someone help you that has done them before, or watch some videos online.
You can buy complete 1 pc housing and impeller kits relatively cheap online. Good chance that you have the old style two piece housing that is a pain in the a$$. Change all at once

Your local Mercury marine dealer should have the impellor kit in stock. Comes with new houseing and impellor. Not to hard to do. Lube the impellor when you install it in the housing.

Don't forget to back flush your system to get out any pieces that have broken off. My engines were still running perfect temp and I replaced them since they were old and sure enough some pieces had worn off. So I backflushed, thought I got them all, kinked the hose, let it go again and walla, another piece came out. Kristy put them back together like a puzzle and they were all there
