Default Ideas for 25 Outlaw Speed

Hey guys, I have a 2005 25 Outlaw with the stock 496 Mag, Bravo 1 and BBlades finished Mirage 23P prop. The only mod I have done is the prop and I capped the y-pipe on the exhaust and added Hardin Marine exhaust tips. I am seeing low 60's MPH GPS speed running close to the rev limiter. The boat does list to the left pretty bad and the bow bounces quite a bit at top speed. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to both top speed and/or handling without spending a ton on it right now. I obviously want to run the 496 for awhile and enjoy trouble free boating. Thanks.

You might try testing a bravo 4-blade, should help with the porposing.

Is it listing or is it prop torque that is pushing it over to the left? Sounds like it has too much stern lift and not enough lift to carry the bow.

I would consider it prop torque. How much top end would I lose going to a 4-Blade?

You will probably lose a few MPH to the 4 Blade. As far as something cheap to get more MPH...there isn't much beyond what you have already done..lab the prop. Anything you do from here gets relatively expensive...ask me how I know!
