We just got our 29 outlaw back in April. We love it, enough room to not feel cramped, but yet we came out of a 25ol so the room is big to us!! I couldn't imagine running this size of a boat with a single. I prefer the look of the ol over the 302...

We also love our stretched outlaw :-)
I have a few threads debating them (29 vs302) Finally dumped the 25ol and was looking 2000 29s/302 and couldn't find a 302 with optiosn we wanted, so looked at 29s. Found repowered 98' 33 for price of the 29s..

Wife and kids love the extra room. I have 2-54qt igloos with cushions behind each bokstered that we can fit 10 adults and kids in cockpit!!! And still room to walk around... :-)

As most are saying, its really what YOU want. I always wanted a 29 OL, but I was spoiled with a big cockpit in my 91 260 so an upgrade to a 302 was perfect, for me and the wife. I was used to the windshield and if ya tint it, looks better, and still need to get that done to mine. I also have ac so that's a big plus for overnighting. Both great boats so its all about which you like, the Outlaw style or the Performance style.

I had a 302 with windscreen and windshield both along with extended swim platform. Handsdown I'd rather have 302 for the room, but it depends on YOUR uses not what someone elses yses are or if they're trying to sell you they're boat. I loved my 302 it was a 1 of a kind

The 29 and the 302 are the same hull topdeck is the difference in the 2 boats.
