I just bought a Clarion M303. It will do all that you are looking for including Bluetooth that does 4 phones and an I-Phone. And I got the wireless RF remote that works any where in the boat and even up to 100 ft away at the docks. Oh and charges the phones when plugged in.

Alpine does still make a marine head unit, CDA 9886, it will do everything that you would like. I personally love mine, you can have up to 3 RF remotes (i think), I personally didn't want to have 1 in the transum, so I only have the small one on a lanyard around my neck. I did also install 2 JL 7.7s on my transum and it helps out a ton when on the beach.

Thanks for the reply> I just saw that unit the other day while roaming around the web. I have put in 2 Alpine marine 6.5 ( 700 Model) I found them for 50
and I also put in 4 MB quart 6.5s. I had to do some hole enlarging for the MBs. The system already sounds great. I am waiting for the arrival of an MB quart 6 channel Amp and then I will decide on the head unit. Since I am pulling the boat out for the winter ( The major drawback of living in New England) I will probably wait for the end of winter to pick up and install a head unit.
The transom speakers on that 32 must sound awesome while swimming
