Thanks for the info. I don't know how I feel about a seem though. I think I would repair and paint the broken one first. Have you seen what this company is making?

i did not like the seam either but i have had my sport 250 for 5 years now and i can for sure tell you that windshields are few and far between for this boat. i got super lucky on the fiberglass front section i got my hands on but it took my almost 4 years to find it. so if you are out of options the seam is not so bad, looks better than no windscreen at all!

Well, we have the whole windshield. There is just a small piece that broke. Any good ideas on repair? I have a friends that keeps talking about West Systems but I do not know much about it.
