If he were to be "racing", bravo three's are not the drives to race with. These boats only move if you put alot of horses behind them. Great boats though. Love mine

Maybe he was racing cruisers for money? Did the B3, bottom paint and would rattle can "Rinker" down the side in green over cream for total sleeper mode?

Actually you said, "original motors" which to me means you were saying that is how the boat came from the factory.

If the engines are changed they are no longer "original".

And a pair of 500's in that hull is far from crazy. You should consider building at least that type of hp if you want some decent speed out of it.

Post more pics of the boat!

Sorry I meant to say it had those motors before it was stripped by marina poor choice of words I should have been more careful in my wording I'm planning on building some 454 with piston and rod and crank maybe some alumni um headsshoot for 700 horse each I'll take more pics as I go I also found found out my Baja maybe a 28' 280 sport I'm anyone know how I can find out what model it is from hin

Looks like a 280. Take a pic from the side showing the whole boat and the windshield. A 280 really can't be mistaken for any other model.

You are planning on 454 700hp naturally aspirated ?????????????????????

I agree, take some pictures of your progress. They are easily uploaded to photobucket.com then just copy and paste the img code from the picture in your reply. Threads like these need pictures!

TuneForLife 10-24-2013 10:03 AM

Stroked 454 can make that easy
