Not really, some graphics I did do myself but not the 97'-98' SST graphic. As for the colors you really have to blame the Baja dealers back then. They had the choice in the late 90's to option Blue, Red, Black and Silver color options, but I guess that is what was selling then. Look at the Formula's of the same time period and you will see the same colors on them. Here is a Formula interior that we just finished and deleted the Pink/Teal but kept the Purple and I changed the engine hatch design on it. This is happening on many late 90's interiors that we redo lately.

Nailit,
Great job and choice of colors to use. I did the same trick for a Baja 272 Islander that the customer wanted to change the interior colors but said it would be a couple years before he could afford to do a wrap, so I surprised him with a tape cover-up on the exterior graphic. I had the same Baja supplier that produced the gelcoat premask to make me tape cover-up pieces. Here are some photos.

I had a tuff time finding colors to go with the dark teal. I didn't mind the teal, just didn't like the light green and pink. I think I got lucky that the interior is predominately teal. I really wanted to add some color.. Ie red, yell, blue or something that popped.. I also ordered several colors of sample vinyl trying to match the teal and see how other colors looked. But it didn't look right...
Even photoshopped various colors but this seemed to blend the best. I am definitely happy with it..

Great job Nailit! You've inspired me to de-pink too. I've always wanted to paint, but after 6 engine rebuilds in 12 months (in the middle of the sixth now), painting is not an option. Looking to wrap the pink stripes with vinyl thanks to you.
