Default Baja inspection questions

Hey guys, new here to the forum and am looking at a Baja Boss 252, will be my first one of this brand and really like them. After looking at a bunch I found this one, really like the size and 24 degree deadrise for choppy lake conditions, but then came these findings when I saw it out of water. The boat has been slipped for the past three years, how bad do these items look and would they keep you from purchasing the boat? Thanks Baja experts!

Forgot to mention it does have bottom paint, which I guess is the seam line you can see if you look closely I think.

1. Blisters - lower back hull area.

2. Broken skeg

Run!

It isnt worth it. Baja has wood stringers and wood core in the hull... All of it is guaranteed to be rotten if it was in the water that long.

Keep looking and find a trailer queen without the hassle.

Thanks Keith, exactly how I felt but just wanted to make sure before I moved on and kept looking.

RUN LIKE THE WIND BULLSEYE!!!

DON'T EVENT THINK OF THIS

In my world when I looked for a used boat - any time I saw a steg beat up or knocked off I smiled and said no thank you. I'm sure there are some out there that will disagree - but if you knocked off the steg by hitting something what else did you screw up?

As previously mentioned, I would run away fast man that does look rough! No telling how rotted it could be under those blisters. That outdrive looks pretty bad too imo. Was it slipped in saltwater? Looks like it was.
