Looking for 23-27 Islander that runs 60-75 mph

My 496 ho powered 272 islander runs 62 mph all day long, only one time was I able to hit 64 mph.
I can be done but like others mentioned it will take some serious hp.

It takes 500HP to push a closed bow 272 70 MPH. I wouldn't want anyone riding in the bow at 70. JMO.
